Circular51 is a web directory — a catalogued index of sites submitted by their owners and organised into 22 sections. Think of it as a running log of the web, updated as new entries arrive. There is no algorithm, no editorial ranking, and no advertising. Just a structured record.

Yes. Submitting your site to the Circular51 index costs nothing. Fill in the submission form, select the section that best matches your site, and your entry will be reviewed and added to the log if it meets the basic criteria.

Sites are grouped into 22 named sections based on their primary activity — from Wagering Outposts and Medical Posts & Wellbeing to Instruments & Code and Transit Routes & Lodges. Sites that do not fit a named section are entered into Unmapped Entries. Within each section, listings appear in the order they were approved.

Use the Add a Site form, which is accessible from the navigation. Enter your site URL, choose the most appropriate section, and submit. The form accepts one submission at a time. After review, approved entries are added to the log.

Most submissions are reviewed within a short period after receipt. The directory is maintained on a rolling basis, so entries do not queue for long. You will be able to find your listing in the relevant section once it has been approved.
